Some kind of small person's law. They all do it.

Their magnetic north is at 90 degrees to an adult's.

Lol

I want to know why, even if dh is at work (on nights and therefore not in bed) ds still likes to sleep on my side thus leaving dh's side completely free (and me hanging off the edge)

derlor · 20/02/2007 21:47

yes not only across the bed but arms and legs spread out like a star shape!! definate small person's law.

Sunday night DH and I had to share our bed with a 5 year old (2.19 am) and at 4.15 am a 3 year olad as well. At 4.45 am I gave up being in the middle of a very hot snadwich and moved to the spare bed

I always end up in the middle and I always have to share my side with the dc. DH always seems to keep his side. LOL

foxtrot · 20/02/2007 21:51

At the first sign of small person approaching DH hops out of our bed and straight into the empty bunkbed

cece · 20/02/2007 21:57

I wish my DH would... It is always me that has to move.

He then has the cheek to moan that dc has kept him awake all night

foxtrot · 20/02/2007 22:00

i'd move if i could, but DH has it down to a fine art now, he's too quick. Then i'm left with the wriggling, chatting starfish all night. Grrrrrr.

ManchesterMum · 20/02/2007 22:02

It's all feet & legs & kicking & heat & movement & duvet stealing & STOPS ME FROM GETTING A DECENT NIGHT's KIP - and that's before DD climbs in !!!!!
