My little one has been getting up every 2 hours or so in the night and is feeding every time. This started 4 weeks ago pretty much dead on 4 months.
He is EBF
How long does this phase last?????

No advice, just another exhausted mum in the middle of this DD is 5 and a half months and hasn't slept more than 3 hours at night since the 16 week jabs. She got her 2 front teeth for Xmas which didn't help and also has bad ezcema which bothers her. I want to cry with tiredness and will follow some of the suggestions on this thread

FATEdestiny - thanks so much for your advice. I will try it asap. Will it be okay to stop solids with immediate effect?

Thanks to everyone for your support and advice. Xx

Ime the 4 month sleep regression leads directly onto sleep issues related to weaning, and then teething, colds and separation anxiety on repeat, until all of that passes and you can train them to sleep better! Occasionally it is better for a few days but then back to worse again. My 2 have slept best between about 2-4 months then disrupted until around 18 months, yawn!

FATE, can I ask how you make a baby take that many full bottles in the day? I offer frequently but often DS will only take 100ml if it's been less that 3-4 hours.

At 4 months old I was making 4oz bottles (120ml) so 100-120ml would be a full feed. Feeding when first waking up means baby feeds better, in my experience

Once out of the newborn phase I did feeds and sleeps in repeating cycles to keep both frequent. In every 2h (ish) i would ensure baby had a nap and a full feed (upon waking).
