Is this TOO much sleep for a 15 week old?

As odd as it sounds I'm fairly sure my baby sleeps too much. He's 15 weeks. Days can vary but today was pretty standard.
Wake up about 5am for a feed, he then will be awake till about 7ish and will then spend a couple of hours asleep. Took him out about 9ish and walked to town (he's asleep during this), he woke about 10am had about 2ozs of milk and then fell asleep. Got back about 11 (again he's been asleep since he had the last feed), he woke up and we did about 5 minutes of tummy time and he wanted another bottle. He was then VERY tired and grouchy and got overtired and fell asleep about 12 ish. Woke about 1 and was again awake for about 30 minutes and decided he was tired, had a bottle and fell asleep. He been asleep since about 1:30 and he's just woken (4:15) and has fallen asleep AGAIN during his bottle. He is literally flat out. He will probably sleep another few hours the. Will have a bath and bottle and we put him down for the night. So out of 12 hours he's been awake for about 3 hours. He seems to be getting worse with the amount he sleeps.
Is this too much? He will stay awake but gets very overtired very quickly. He's hitting milestones but always seems tired, yawning, rubbing eyes etc. He's in the lounge with my all day so it's not like he's in his cot on his own all day, I interact with him when he's awake but he just wants to go to sleep. I can hoover next to him and he won't wake up so it's a deep sleep as opposed to a light nap.
Is this too much sleep?

The amount of sleep young babies need can come as a surprise to some.

16-20h sleeping in 24 is normal at this age. Yours 8s well within the relmes of normal.

Awake time (between one nap and the next) of 20-40 mins would be my expectation at 3 or 4 months old.
