I really don't know what to do now... So really want to get any advice or help from all the wise mums here.
My 6mo used to be an angel baby who could sleep from 7pm to 3am when she was 1-2mo. Then since she learned how to roll it became an nightmare. I understand babies can change when they are going through their development milestones, but now it's been months even after she learned how to roll back... Now she wakes up every night at 12am, crying for comfort. I can rock her back to sleep in 15min without feeding (best case) and then she wakes up at about 1.30, when she is much more difficult to rock back to sleep so I had to feed her. And then, most night she won't go back to sleep even after feeding, until nearly two hours later... Or in the best nights, she fell asleep but will wake up every half hour. Early morning is a nightmare too. She wakes up early every day at 5 no matter what happened through the night (even I may just feed her at 3am), and the only way to make her sleep is to feed her.
I know it sounds that I may have got her in a bad sleeping habit, but I have always tried to avoid it. Actually she can sleep by herself in the evening at bedtime. I just lay her down in the cot bed and kiss goodbye and leave. Sometimes she could just fall asleep peacefully; sometimes with a little bit whining, but not bad at all. So I don't understand what happened through the night! Why she couldn't go back to sleep by herself if she can do it at bedtime? Could t be separation anxiety, because she complains a lot when I leave her during the day time (when I just go to another room) What should I do?
Thank you in advance! I am a bit desperate now after all these months...
