DD is 11 months old, 10 months adjusted. She's aleays been a rubbish napped, and hit and miss with nights. She started sleeping through the night late April/early May. Then started at childminder mid may and started waking once at night again. Now she's worse
She feeds to sleep, settles well at 7pm, transfer to cot and all is fine till we go to bed at 10. She then wakes and is up for an hour to an hour and a half. She then wakes between 1-3 am, has a feed but doesn't settle easily and is up for another hour or so.
I think she might be teething, but can't feel anything breaking through.
We tried pick up/put down a few months ago, but effect was temporary and the sleeping through actually happened with no sleep training. So I'm reluctant to do again.
Can anyone tell me, is it sleep regression? How long can I expect it to last? It's only been a few nights but I'm exhausted! No idea how I'll cope with work!
