Sleep

Is this the dreaded regression? Or teething?

DD is 11 months old, 10 months adjusted. She's aleays been a rubbish napped, and hit and miss with nights. She started sleeping through the night late April/early May. Then started at childminder mid may and started waking once at night again. Now she's worse
She feeds to sleep, settles well at 7pm, transfer to cot and all is fine till we go to bed at 10. She then wakes and is up for an hour to an hour and a half. She then wakes between 1-3 am, has a feed but doesn't settle easily and is up for another hour or so.
I think she might be teething, but can't feel anything breaking through.
We tried pick up/put down a few months ago, but effect was temporary and the sleeping through actually happened with no sleep training. So I'm reluctant to do again.
Can anyone tell me, is it sleep regression? How long can I expect it to last? It's only been a few nights but I'm exhausted! No idea how I'll cope with work!

I wonder if her daytime naps have changed and that is what has affected night times?

Somewhere around 12 months often marks the change from 2 naps a day to one lunchtime nap. This natural sleep transition, teamed with the fact that your DD is trying to settle into a new routine with the childminder, may be the problem. So establishing a good, consistent lunchtime nap may help.

Her morning nap is generall 20-40 minutes around 10am.
Lunchtime can be anything from 30 minutes to 2 hours, around 1pm.
She has same routine for naps, but it seems random as to how long she'll sleep for. She's never been a great napper. I've not noticed a pattern of daytime sleep affecting night time sleep, but that doesn't mean there isn't one! .
She naps less at the childminder as a rule, but it still follows similar timings.
