HELP! Putting newborn to bed - how many layers?!

Hello all! Ahhh new mum alert!. Putting my little one to bed and wondering if she is "under-layered". Room temp is recommended 18 degrees. She is in a sleeveless bodysuit/vest and a sleep suit. I have covered her with just one cellular blanket. Is this enough?! Also, would you tuck her in or wrap her in the blanket? I have tucked... Thanks so much in advance!

2 layers of blanket and tucked in with arms free above the blanket.

Advice We were given at the hospital was vest, sleepsuit and one layer of cellular blanket tucked in under arms. We were using long sleeved vests at the time. Our daughter is now 8 weeks and is in a vest, sleepsuit and sleeping bag and this seems a lot warmer than a cellular blanket but she doesn't seem to get too hot. The temperature in our bedroom seems to really fluctuate between too cold, 15degrees and too hot, 21degrees so I put her in thinner sleepsuits on the warmer days and fleecey warmer ones on the cold days to account for the difference.

I have a ridiculously hot baby so he's just in a body suit and sleeping bag. Room is usually between 16 and 18 degrees. Before we realised how much of a sweaty baby he was, he was in a vest, bodysuit and doubled over cellular blanket. If it gets really cold I will put a vest on him too but he's sleeping better with less layers.
