Hey all, some advise please..

I recently posted about my son not wanting his bedtime bottle and then refusing to sleep until he'd cried himself to exhaustion.

He's now taking his bedtime bottle, sometimes he'll go to sleep almost straight away and then wake up a while later but mostly he's stays wide awake and screaming. I've tried everything I can think of including buying a new mattress incase he wasnt comfortable enough, calpol, ibuprofen, anbesol, teething granules, bringing bedtime forwards incase he was overtired, singing, rocking, you name it i've done it!

He is also waking up around 5-530am which is never used to do as well as every hour or so in the evenings. He has sprouted another 4 teeth last weekend which probably isnt helping but this has been going on for 2+weeks consistantly. What on earth has happend to my happy peaceful bedtimes??

something goes wrong with sleep around 9/10 months old (well it did in my house anyway!). Do you have a calming bedtime routine?

www.babysleepsite.com/baby-sleep-patterns/8-9-10-month-old-baby-sleep-regression/ - looks like a sleep regression is common

So I could be stuck with this for a while then Sad.

We try to have a calm as possible bedtime, he normally sits with daddy for a while on the sofa no toys etc just cuddles. While I run a bath and get organised, i also give him a massage 99% of the time.

I have made a rod for my own back in a way as he refuses to sleep anywhere during the day except his swing chair or our bed but up until recently he didn't have any problems with being put in his own bed at night.

I have also caved in during the early hours and let him sleep with us at times which I know is a HUGE no no! but I'm just so flippin exhausted.
