Good napper gone bad!

My 6 month old daughter has been a good napper and slept through the night since she was about 4 months old. She has been sleeping for around 1.5 to 2 hrs at around 9am, then down again 2 hrs later for another longish nap and then squeeze in another half hour at 5ish before sleeping 7pm-7am, sometimes even 8am...dreamy!
However, in the last week or so she is suddenly unable to sleep in the day for longer than 30-40 mins. She wakes up crying and seems beside herself to be awake but can't get back to sleep and is then ratty and out of sorts the rest of the day. She is thankfully still sleeping through the night but has been waking earlier, any time from 6am but was putting this down to the earlier bedtime we've been giving her this week to avoid total meltdown by the time we reach the end of the day.
This has seemed pretty out of the blue although has coincided a bit with upping her solids to 3 meals a day and she seems to be a bit constipated. She is probably teething too although is still sleeping well at night so not sure that's related.
Only other thing to note is that she was in perfect pattern of having a nap every 2 hours but recently was increasingly difficult to get her down for last catnap of the day around 5pm. Remember my son shifting to 2 naps a day at around this age so was trying to get her to go longer between first and second naps of the day. She seemed to be happy to be awake a bit longer at the time but could this have caused this new crappy pattern we seem to be in?? Or can I just put it down to a phase/growth spurt etc???
Any thoughts/advice/experiences appreciated!

Sounds like classic leap behaviour. Have a look at The Wonder Weeks app on your phone.
