Accomplished night weaning but now waking between 4.30-5.30 for the day!

I started the Jay Gordon method (adapted a bit) for my 22 month old dd on Saturday so fifth night last night. Progress has not been linear but still, I haven't given in re feeding and she is going 7pm-7am without bfing which I am delighted about. There has been minimal screaming so I am very relieved and think she must have been developmentally ready for this.
She still wakes around 12/1 but will settle once taken out of her cot and put down in my bed. We then cosleep till the morning. But she wakes at anytime between 4.30 and 5.30 and that's more or less it! I then try v hard to get her back to sleep by pacing (screams the place down if I pat and shh as I did for other wake ups this week and shouts 'walk me peese') but she wakes v soon after and so I'm working for 30 mins for maybe 10 mins more sleep, then starting again.
I keep her in bed till 6 when she is allowed a feed and up for the day. Any ideas what might help to get her to sleep longer?
I've stopped her nap during the day as she would not go to sleep until 9.30/10.30 if any napping at all, even an hour.
Please help, I've just had a two day migraine from the early wakings!

Please can someone tell me they've managed to get a toddler who wakes super early to a more civilised hour - ideally 7, but anything after 6 I can live with...

PS Today I let her nap as so tonight she will go to bed at 9pm... That's my first attempt at getting her to sleep later in the mornings but that can't be great and means I have v little evening to catch up on work, eating, cleaning up and you know, our marriage........

Ok, well, in case anyone else is trying this, I let her have a nap yesterday for two hours from 12-2 then she wasn't ready for bedtime till 9, falling asleep by 9.30.
She then slept through till 5.50am with a couple of small whimpers but resettled herself.
So I think I'll try a smaller nap and later bedtime, say 8-8.30 and see how we go.
