Hi there, my 14 week old baby girl sleeps/naps as follows;
Wakes at 7.00 am
Naps at 9.00 (I rock her and then let her nap on me for 30-50 mins usually)
Naps again at 11.45 ( again I rock her then let her sleep on me as above)
Will have a longer sleep at around 1.30 but she will either be in pram or car seat as I usually go out each day with her at this time.
Afternoon at 4.30-5.00 pm will be same as above.
Then she goes to bed at 7.00pm (give or take) then will sleep on me until I go to bed at 10.30 and we do dream feed then sleeps in cot to morning ( mostly)
Now I know this is great sleep especially at night I'm very lucky. But id like to have my arms and time back a bit when she naps. If I try put her dons she wakes up straight away or within 10 mins. Sometimes it's easier to let her sleep on me after a 10 min rock than the rigamarole of putting her down. Is it as she is too young still? Does this get better with time or do I need a strategy?
Any tips/ advice would be greatly received!
