Rolling onto her tummy

DD is a great little sleeper, she's nearly eight months and she's always been good at night. Her mother on the other hand is still knackered. She rolls onto her tum at night time. I am getting up during the night to put her back onto her side or back. Is it ok for her to be on her tummy, she has really good head control and can lift herself up on her arms. Do I need to worry about it?

no don't worry leave her as she is

I wouldn't, if she can roll herself onto her front then she can probebly roll herself back again.

I would leave her be at that age. DD was all over the bed by 9 months. Would have been up all night if I was putting her back into position all the time. If she's capable of rolling right over by now then I wouldn't worry too much. Relax and let her sleep in the position she's most comfortable.

leave her. dd2 is 7 months and already all over the bed. dd1 started sleeping on her front w/her bum in the air by 8 months.

Oh, it's fine - leave her. I've never rolled DS2 back and he's slept on his tummy since he was 5mo.

As long as she is sleeping O.K then leave her.

My dd2 on the other hand, rolls over onto her tum and goes to sleep and then will wake up and cry - so I have to turn her over- and then it starts all over again. Hopefully, she will start turning herself back soon - so I can get some sleep as well!

Thanks for that dh said the same. Was talking to my friend who gets out of bed to turn her dd over all the time so I was thinking that was normal.
Lol at 'bum in the air' that's exactly what she does.
