4 month old starts nursery in 2 weeks. Worried about naps!

He generally naps ok in his cot and never had any major issues in getting him to do this. However, he is still quite heavily swaddled at nighttime and when at home during the day, I often do it too, but not always as i would like him to get used to sleeping without being swaddled. We use a Swaddlepod and Miracle blanket.
He easily wakes up if he isn't swaddled using these and also takes longer to settle as he keeps knocking his dummy out and flinging his arms all over the place.
Instinctively, I don't want to send him with these bloody specialist blankets and ask then to swaddle him. He isn't swaddled at my parents house when they look after him and somehow they get him to nap, be it only for short periods.
When he gets overtired as well, he SCREAMS the place down, I am just worried they won't always pick up on the signs he is tired.
I am still trying to fathom it all myself as his ways if going to sleep seen to change frequently and what works one time, won't work the next!
The thing is, I have been through all this before with DS1 at 6 months when he started nursery, but he never had a dummy and wasn't swaddled, so it wasn't all so specific and iirc, he was a bit more straight forward in the sleep dept!
I guess I just want some reassurance that he will be ok an actually get some sleep whilst he is there!

I know the staff will be used to handling different babies needs all round, so I should have a little faith, I know. It's just when it's your baby, you think only you know what's best and he is still so little! (Ps it is my choice to return to work at this point and have no major issues leaving him at nursery, I just need to man up!!)

I had similar worries. - both if mine were normally fed to sleep for naps. The nursery managed! DS mostly slept in a rocking chair rather than a cot for the first few months. I'd send him in with the swaddle at first and talk about weaning him off it once settled - both of mine improved in napping around 6 months.
