How can I fix my dd sleep wake schedule?

She falls asleep around 1030 every night but this is too late for me. I am an early riser and dh has to get up early too. I'm struggling to stay up with her and stay in a good mood.
I have tried to wake her earlier in the morning but she is really hard to rouse, if she is tired she naturally sleeps in or sleeps longer rather than going to bed earlier. She naps for two plus hours in the afternoon which is great but does mean she has a lot if energy in the evening.
Any tips for getting kids to sleep better or gently waking them up to reset their schedule? Help!!

I would probably say bring morning a bit earlier each day if you've found it too hard to shift before. Maybe just in 10 minute increments every few days.

If she is really hard to rouse, I would give waking up a long build up. So open the curtains, then start pottering around her room doing jobs, then maybe put a talking station like radio 4 on in the background as you do it...

And maybe ensure that her nap is earlier in the afternoon with an active afternoon to tire her out.

Thanks for advice. Those sorts of things don't wake her that's the trouble!! But maybe if I do as you suggest she will gradually wake up earlier maybe it just takes some time.

I hate to wake her but until she drops her nap completely this is the only way!!!

Oh Gosh yes. We didn't have a late sleeper, but from personal experience I know it can take weeks and weeks to change a baby's sleeping patterns.

Your way round is actually easier to fix in some ways - better than a baby who wakes at 5.30 no matter how little sleep she has. It's easier to wake a sleeping baby than to force a wakeful one to sleep. At least you have that battle in the evening rather than the early morning (sorry, trying to come across as a glass-half-full person. Is it working?!)
