1 year old late bedtime once a week

I'd really like to start going back to a regular evening choir I used to do before having dd. I really miss it and feel like I've lost touch with a lot of friends because I don't go anymore.

I've asked dh so many times to try to get home from work in time for me to go, but it just never happens so my only option would be to take her with me. I've no idea how this will work!

She normally has dinner at 5, bath, boob, story then in bed at 7 and then messes around til she eventually falls asleep around 7:30 My rehearsal is at 7 and it'll take me about 45mins to get there.

WWYD? I don't know whether to just do everything as normal and then pop her in the car straight after her bath and have her awake and (hopefully) playing with her toys or sitting with me for the rehearsal. Or to try to manipulate her daytime naps so she wakes up from her afternoon sleep later and is therefore (theoretically) not as tired for a late night. Or to try and get there a bit early and see if I can put her to sleep by rocking her in the pram and try to keep her asleep for the rehearsal - not really sure if this will work because she will probably be disturbed by people talking in the room where I'd have to put her and I just don't know if she'll go down in the pram at that time - she has all her naps in the pram, but she's not used to going into it at bedtime, so don't know if it'd work.

Or is it just a stupid idea altogether?! I'd never have attempted it a few months ago, but now she's a bit older she is able to cope a bit better with being tired and changes to routine etc, so I feel like it's worth a try - just can't decide on the best way to do it!

I would probably go with the pram option - ideally with a blackout shade over it so she's less likely to be disturbed. you could try it at home and see if she will sleep in the pram at that time and how deeply she sleeps?
