so after 6 weeks of different illnesses my 16 month is in the worst sleeping habits - falling asleep on a bottle of milk on my lap, sleeping in my bed from 11, waking for bottles twice more! Can't believe I got into this but she has had so many troubles that I just needed sleep any way I could.

How on earth do I tackle it?

Hello boysarelikehogs - I'm thinking that we can sort this (in January)!

I hope so, no one's helping us...!

I think (having had endless probs with ds2) that to resolve Ny sleep prob we need a solid plan that we're comfortable with, and a bit of energy to imement it. Ds2 is fine now, teeth-wise but I'm a bit poorly (exhausted)so might wait a few nights!

Do you have a DP who can work with you on it?

Well my dh works late and long and I've always sorted sleep problems alone! I am v soft about it but have done cc quite a few times only to have it all thrown to wind by sickness. I just bought her a dummy and she loves it. I am that desperate! Hopefully I will get some inspiration on how to sort it.

I've sorted her our before with my own homemade plans but this time I am so so tired. Also, we are going to two different places over Christmas so I think I may leave it to january! Doesn't help to feel low about the whole thing though.
