Apart from the no telly in bed etc has anyone improved their nights sleep? I have never been a natural waker in the morning and would love to get up earlier on the odd morning but I seriously cant my body just cant move, and I'm not a natural positive thinker so I struggle.
Should I be asleep by 11am, should there be no computer after 9pm, should I read something if so what????
I have tried to go to sleep earlier but I still dont spring out of bed in the morning and feel fantastic.
I'm sure I'm not getting enough DEEP sleep, I dream a lot too.
