Am I making things more difficult?

My 4 month old dd has been a good sleeper so far, usually sleeping from 10pm - 6am on average. I've really appreciated this as ds was a terrible sleeper.

However, I've had enough of not having any evening time to myself. Dd usually gets fed to sleep which takes about an hour and a half.

She has a nap with dh while I get ds ready for bed and we've decided to start putting her in her bed at this point - 7.30ish. As she's losing her sleepy feed, I fully expected her to wake not long after, which she does, but now goes back to sleep fairly quickly after a feed, which is fine. However, because this feed is so sleepy, I don't think she's taking in as much milk and is now waking though the night. Right now I've been up for an hour and a half.

Feel reluctant to go back to the late nights but missing the long stretch of sleep. Should I persevere in the hope things will settle? She's still in her Moses basket at the moment but will be moving into a cot in her own room soon. Hoping this will help.

I think at 4 months it is a minor miracle if you get any eve or night with her sleeping well and not needing your attentions, so would be surprised if you got both. It won't be long before that changes if you can hang on. :)

If it was me I'd be tempted to keep the night sleep and let the evening time come when it comes in due course, but that's just my preference - it is whatever works for you, but she is still very young yet and even another couple of months could make a difference.
