Gro Clock has lost it's magic - help

DS is 3.2. He's had a Gro Clock for about a year and at first it was like an amazing miracle. He was waking at 6am, sometimes earlier, but the Gro Clock changed all that and he would always wait quietly in his bed until 7am, even if he'd woken earlier.

But that changed I think when the clocks changed earlier this year and he's waking earlier and earlier and shouting and moaning and crying and won't go back to sleep or be quiet. We've started giving him books which he'll read for 20 minutes, then he's shouting that he's bored again.

We've tried bribery - treats if he waits until the sunshine, and loads of praise if he does, but he never does now. We put him to bed a bit later but we like a bit of our time in the evening so reluctant to have him go much after 7:15/30.

His room is pretty dark as he's got blackout blinds, but there are chinks of light come in above them or a bit at the side. He also sleep with the door open, so he knows it's light outside.

He's also got baby DD, 7 months, and he wakes her with his carrying on. 6am is far too early to start the day in my humble opinion!

Can I get the Gro Clock magic back? Any tips?

Thanks in advance...

I would suggest taking the time back so it's a realistic time
With maybe a ten minute wait and slowly extend this with, if needs be, a reward chart for doing well. Maybe sweets after a good week, a book or toy after two/three weeks and give them
Stickers to put up on the chart every time he does well?

Thank you.

I brought it back to 6:45 this morning and talked a lot yesterday about what we wanted him to do. I also said he could have a mini milk which probably isn't the most nutritious pre breakfast snack, but it worked. He shouted for a drink at 6:15 and then stayed quiet until the sunshine.

Hurrary!

Hope it wasn't a one off. I'm about to make a sticker chart and he can have a mini milk after 5 stickers.

Thanks for you help...
