I'm in north Kent so am looking for a good sleep consultant in Kent or London. Please - I'm desperate now!

I've sent you a private message on this.

Sorry, should have been more specific, this is with regard to sorting out my 2yo's chronic early waking and poor napping. I suspect in addition to his sleep habits, there are also issues surrounding behaviour and my management of both! Thank you...

Hi LaTristesse......did you get any joy with this? I am in North Kent too...have massive issues with my 5yr old..haven't had a decent night sleep since he was born.....x

I've used Andrea Grace. She worked wonders with my now 4.5yo - would highly recommend. Not cheap, but worth every penny to get some sleep. We still go through rough patches with my 2 sleepwise, but Andrea gave us the tools and generally we get there. You can visit her in Harley Street, or have phone consultation. She tailors the programme to you and your child, so more gentle in approach than many people I spoke to. Gook luck.

We used Alison Scott-Wright who wrote the Sensational Baby Sleep Plan. Had a personal consultation and then a few chats on the phone. She's amazing, understood our issues straight away. Had bf DS sleeping 7-7, and napping properly in the day by 3 months, and DD doing the same by 4 months. It's not controlled crying, it's all about reassurance techniques and teaching them to self settle if they wake up, so no dummy, no feed at all during the night and no picking them up out of their cot. Lots of patting and shhing and firmly telling them it's night time. Sounds nuts, but it worked twice for me and twice for my friend. Well worth trying. Smile

We also used Andrea Grace and she was amazing. She's very gentle but knows instinctively the best approach for you and your baby. She's also a mum of 4 so she really understands where you are coming from. Would highly recommend - best money I've ever spent.
