puking tired (me) and incapable of sleeping (dd)

I got less than 2 hours sleep last night because of 15week old DD's frequent wakings. Tonight she has already woken twice since 7,30 and when I put her down after finishing this post, she will either wake immediately or after 20 or40 mins. This will go on all night and DP is away tonight and can't help.

She can't self settle so clearly that needs to be resolved. This has been going on for weeks, I am puking tired.

I need a plan. Can anyone help? I do not co-sleep as none of us sleep properly when she's in the bed and also our bed is not really suitable (though she comes in the morning after 5am).

She woke after 2 mins and blew raspberries and scratched the side of the cot. Then started to whinge. So I am feeding her.
Again.

Sorry you are having a tough time - hope you got a better night sleep last night. No real advice with getting her to sleep as I'm only just starting to 'sort' my 8.5 months old DS sleep, using the gradual retreat method, but I don't think he (or I!) would have been ready for that at 15 weeks.

I'm not sure if you have heard of the 4 month sleep regression, but it may help you if you understand a little why she is waking, it definitely did for me around that time.

Here's a link to Kellymom, but there are a lot of discussion on Mumsnet about it.

Also as a glimmer of hope, most of my friends 'good sleepers' went through this phase to some extent

Thanks SecretCervix, I just needed to have a moan. I know she's too young for sleep training yet but the constant waking just makes me frantic!
DP took her at 7am and let me get a good 2 and a half hours sleep, then brought me fruit salad and coffee in bed. So everything's a bit better now:)
Hope you're getting some good results with your DS.
