Changing sleep patterns

My 15 week old goes to bed at 8pm and sleeps 'til 3am then always wakes for a feed. I'm trying to encourage her to go for her longer period of sleep when I'm sleeping by waking her at 11pm for a feed but she takes the extra 11pm feed then still wakes at 3am every night (ten again at 7ish in the morning (when she used to wake anyway).
Is it worth persisting? Any tips from people who have tried this and made it work?

I started a dream feed (ie don't wake them, just put bottle/breast in mouth) with dd when she was about 10 weeks - it took about 10 days for her to have the dreamfeed instead of the 2am one, but over the 10 days her night feed gradually moved from 2 to 3 to4 to 5, was hell staying up til 10 and getting up in the night but well worth it as she now (22wks) sleeps 7-7 and looks like about to give up the dreamfeed once she has a few more solids.

I've heard this doesn't work for everyone though but I would say worth a go for a couple of weeks and if you notice her night feed moving keep it up. DH was dead against the dfeed and did not help as he thought it was me making extra work for myself but not has to admit I was right - of course!

apparently it can be trickyer with b feeding and you may need to start her sucking reflex with you little finger - Tracey hogg baby whisperer book.

I don't think I have the stamina for this - after a couple of really bad days (unhappy, crying loads, all out of whack with normal routine) I have abandoned the 11pm feed and gone back to letting her set the routine.
Hopefully the 3am feed will gradually get later and she'll drop it of her own accord. She's not a very big baby - 12lb 9oz at 15 weeks - and she still seems really hungry when she wakes at 3am, so I guess it could take awhile...
