6.5 month always rubbing her eyes and yawning even when slept well

Hi

My daughter always seems to be ribbon her eyes and yawning even when she's had a good amount of sleep (for her).

Typically she wakes at around 7am, has a nap of 30-60 min around 9am. After that she will either have a long nap of 1-3 hours at some point in the afternoon or will fight sleep completely and jus have a couple of 20 min ones.

She sleeps on me or in a sling for naps. I'm the evening she does the same from 7pmish until I go to bed then sleeps in bed with me.

Even when she has good long naps all day she still yawns and rubs her eyes not long after she's woken. I really don't understand that? Whenever I think I'm finally getting her into some kind of daytime nap routine she throws it all put and refuses to nap.

We are moving house in just under two weeks and once we're settled there I will be trying to get her to sleep in her cot, even if just in the evenings or for naps.

Is she hungry? My DD rubs her eyes when hungry, almost like lack of food is making her sleepy and she needs an energy boost now.

Oh and i still find that with our daytime routine (13mo) its not always the same but I've learnt to adapt. Things did become a lot more predictive about 7/8 months though as she became established on solids before it all went tits up at 9 mo

Good luck with the move and transition to cot.
