Hi all, so I thought I would post my first question regarding my 15 month dd's sleep. It is awful to say the least, has been since she turned 12 months. Currently she is needing me or dh to lay with her in bed to fall asleep then move her into the cot. She then wakes up around midnight wanting to get into bed with us. We don't mind co-sleeping but even this doesn't always end up in her having a full nights sleep. She has no problem self settling for her afternoon nap after lunch but due to the fact I would like nap too I often drag her into bed so she will go down for a bit longer. I think this has made things worse sleepwise. Due to space issues she sleeps in the same room as us as we have no choice. She used to self settle to sleep at 7pm every night after following Tizzie Hall method but teething and diarrhoea threw it into chaos. She wakes up at 6.30-7.00 every morning like clockwork but lately has been going to sleep at around 8.30. So I would like any opinions/advice on what to do to help her sleep through I have ordered the no-cry sleep solution book for babies as the toddlers one was for kids much older. I just want back my baby who used to self settle to sleep at 7.00pm and wake up at 6.30. :)

Have you read any books?

Elizabeth Pantley's No cry Sleep Solution might be a good place to start?

Sorry I just re-read that Blush

Good book!

don't worry I do the same all the time! I hope that the methods in the book work as I cant stand dd's crying but I need my sanity.
