DD2 is 7 mo wakes twice anight and will only settle with a bottle. What seems to happen is she wiggles her way to the top of the cot, bumps and wakes up.
No shhing, patting etc will settle her and DD1 is 4 and has just started school last week is knackered and we don't want her more disturbed by a screaming baby.
Last night put DD 2 to bed and tucked the end of her grobag under the mattress so she could not head up the cot. She only woke once and that was midnight not 10 and then she slept till six.
I think one waking for food is manageable ( this girl has slept through twice in 7 months).
BUT are we damaging her development or being cruel by tucking in the grobag and stopping her wandering and waking?
