Until recently we had a lovely routine where DS would have a long (1.5 hour plus) nap 3 hours after he woke up in the morning and then a short nap in the afternoon. I loved this, I got all the housework done and has time for a cup of tea.
He has been struggling with night sleeping lately though and often skipping his afternoon nap and I think he probably should move to a long, post lunch nap. Any ideas on how to do this with minimum disruption as I've not got a clue how to try and make this work.
