My 6month DD goes to bed in her own room around 7:30 8:00pm and sleeps right through the night but I find that she really wiggles around in her cot. She works her way to the top of the cot so she is uncovered. The other morning (4-5am) DH went to check on her and she was on her front with her face in the mattress!! DH nearly had a heart attack! DO you think I should leave her to do her thing of a night? because DH and myself get up 3-4 times each. Well we get up everytime we hear her on the monitor moaning or making little noises. Her bedroom temp hovers around 20 to 23c do you think thats ok for her to be uncovered for hours? she is a little under the weather so my visits to her bedroom have doubled. She is sound a sleep most of the time its DH and myself who are totally knackered! Everybody says ooooh you lucky thing that she sleeps all night but I dont feel like we are benefitting!

I would leave your lo as long as she is not crying. It is very normal to find them in all sorts of positions and as long as your lo can roll from front to back and back again they can sleep in whatever position they want. My dd's favourite for a while was on her front with her bum in the air!!

Do you have the monitor in your bedroom? We ended up moving ours out of the bedroom as it emphasised every murmur, moan, etc. We now just leave the bedroom doors open so we can hear her if she is crying but dont hear every other sound too.

Have you thought of trying a grobag? - they are good for wiggly babies who cant keep their covers on.
