My 7mo has kept turning in her sleepand now being 70cm long she seems to be getting stuck across teh cot! I'm not 100% sure but I think it might sometimes be waking her up.

Anyone had this? Will she grow out of it, or just stop at an earlier angle?!

Ah yes, my DS does this!!
He's the same age as your DD.

His legs hang out the bars! Slowly but surely he is not doing it as much, but its what would wake him in the night. He's been in his own room/cot since he was 3 months and I think he was just getting used to having so much room!

Hm, this is my fear about putting her in a porper cot-at least now she can just stick her legs up onto my mattress from her side-cot!

She used to turnall the way round some nights so maybe now it's making her uncomfortable she'll slowly stop like yours might be?!

Haha I read this and laughed, my little man is terrible for rotating in his cot!

Is your DD in a cot or cotbed?

My DS is now 9 months and has been rotating for a long time, he started by arching his back and scooting upwards and ending up rotating, often 90deg then was often doing a 180! He learnt to roll at 6 months and that was fun, he has also recently seemed to prefer sleeping on his front with his snuggly under his head!

So in answer to your question, nope, not grown out of it though I do wonder when he will be long enough to get stuck and what he will do! I think he gets as far round as he can before falling asleep!

My 14 mo DS rotates 180 most night. He's is a cot-bed. I don't know how he does it, probably curving his back, but it doesn't disturb him as most night he sleeps through.

Good luck
