24 weeks - sleep getting worse - any advice

Hi all,
So from 6-19 weeks DD slept through, waking for a feed around 4am, but by 19 weeks this was 7am. Blissful. At christmas it all went wrong (assumed slightly late 4 month sleep regression) and she was waking multiple times in the night. Got slightly better over the last week - down 2 night wakings around 2 and 5am. However the last 2 nights she has been up every hour since 3am. Also since about 6 weeks she will not nap in the house - she has had all her naps in the pram which means at least 2 hours walking for me per day. I need to crack day naps I think - this must be the key to better night time sleep and even if it is not then at least i could get some rest in the day. Any advice? I won't do CC or CIO and we have a fair amount of activities to attend each week so a very strict routine will be difficult. Many thanks in advance! Oh - bedtime routine is bath at 6.30, nursery rhymes and nappy free time, feed to sleep - falls asleep anytime from 7.30 -8.30 most days. She is EBF.

No expert but perhaps if you try and break the feed to sleep at bedtime and try and teach her to self settle (pu/pd worked well for me) then you could try and teach the same for naps? Also mum of a sleep fighter so i know how you feel!

24 weeks - teething? gearing up for weaning/another growth spurt?

How do I go about pu/pd? And how long will it take to work? Yes she is prob headed for another growth spurt but even so I think we need to teach her some better habits, i cannot keep wheeling the streets forever!

does what it says on the tin really pick them up when they start crying and put them back down when they stop (google it for more details) as for how long it takes to work it would really depend on the baby but we say results from the first take with improvements every time after.
