hello
my 3 and 5 year olds are in a very regular routine of going to bed at 7pm and they seem to love and thrive on this. tomorrow the clocks go back which means effectively keeping them awake till 8...because they are both at nursery and school on monday after half term, if i put them to bed at the new time 7 they will no doubt wake at their normal time and therefore be knackered for monday morning. how does everyone else cope with this? slowly make it later and later each night? or straight away into the new time and hope their body clocks adjust quickly and they begin to wake later in the mornings, knowing mine they wont and they will just become more and more overtied as the week goes on!
is it only me that finds this a challenge?
