Windy Toddler

Hi all

I've posted many times about the same thing! I co-sleep with my DD who is a poor sleeper to say the least, his problems seem to be constant blocked nose (sleep apeno) but the most consistent problem is trapped wind.

Any ideas on how to relieve him of his wind (had this problem since birth and has a high diaphram)?

Thanks

PS: We co-sleep

Not child specific advise but you could look into 'food combining' as some things like giving fruit AFTER food such as proteins & carbs can cause gas. This is because proteins & carbs take up to 2hrs to break down, where as fruit only 30 mins, therefore it sits on top fermenting. You could give fruit first before dinner.
