What happens if you have to cancel an ESPRIT holiday due to accident?

My DH thought he would get a few days skiing in with the boys in Morzine five weeks before we go to Tigne and he has fallen and broken his collar bone...

Obviously he won't be able to ski and I do not fancy going on my own... if we cancel what will Esprit do?

Will we get our money back ....? Will they be understanding????

Any ideas please?

gutted

Check the terms and conditions. I would think you would get a refund minus the deposit. When DH's mother died 3 days before we were due to go skiing with Virgin, we managed to get the whole lot refunded.

In fact, you may even be able to get the deposit refunded. Check your insurance policy.

As it's a family skiing holiday, & your DH is injured & can't ski, you should get it all back bar an admin charge.

Check their T&Cs.

Oh, is your insurance with Esprit or did you get your own? If so check insurer's T&Cs.

Normally you'd get all costs back via insurance apart from the excess but you need to check your policy for any specifics. Usually this includes those for spouse and dependants too
