Skiing in the Cold

Any tiips from anyone who has skied with children in cold conditions? We've only skied in Europe and it's 25 deg C where we are going next week.

I've got a vest on, then wooly jumper thing, then ski suit and thick tights too and have been quite warm as it's not nearer zero than minus 25. The twins took off a layer today as it was warmer than expected. What we haven't bought is special long johns, special material for the cold stuff etc but we seem to be okay. Asit's turned out it's no different from Europe and it's all very beautiful. We were out on a walk tonight in the dark to where my daughter works and that wasn't too cold. One daughter even had just tights and converse trainers and shortish skirt.
