Skiing with babies & 4yo

Any recommendations for ski companies that would be suitable for a holiday with 2 adults, one 4yo girl and 8 month old twins?

I'd like somewhere that provides childcare for the twins but would like the 4yo to have a combination of ski lessons and childcare alongside other children. In an ideal world we would go away as a group of friends with children of similar ages but no one seems to be up for it!

Any recommendations of companies that pair you up with other families looking to have a similar experience and make some friends? Or is that weird...?

Not a ski company as such, but in Austria there are numerous hotels marketed as "Kinderhotels" that are set up with the focus on families with children. Each hotel is independent and most are family-owned - it is just the marketing banner that is shared.

Typically there will be playrooms, pools, nannies, transport to/from ski lessons, toboggans etc. and many are also part of a wider business such as a family farm, so there is often a petting zoo, pony rides, or horse-drawn sleigh rides on site. The other obvious attraction is that these hotels only cater for families so as well as facilities for the children, there are excellent facilities for the parents (spas, pools, relaxation areas etc.).
