Can anyone recommend a brand or company which does adjustable waist salopettes for our skinny DS PLEASE?

We have a four year old son very thin around the waist. Most trousers are huge on his waist. I'd like skipants which are not just elasticated but adjustable. Can anyone recommend? Thanks. He already has a jacket.

H and M were a good fit on ds and Columbia's and Trespass on dd , both v skinny, with shoulder straps though. They were elasticated not seen many that have adjustable waists as such at that age . Smaller sized H and M ones did though.

Try Decathlon. In our experience they are very tuned into the real size of kids.

Have just bought a very nice pair of salopettes for dd like these She is stick thin and they are a good fit on her. I don't know if they do smaller sizes, but you could ask - they also give waist measurements etc.

Both these and decathlon ones have a certain amount of velcro adjustment as well as elasic.

PG - yesterday tried on salopettes on DS2 that were previously DS1's. Initially dismayed as DS2 much skinnier than DS1, but miraculously they had adjustable waist and so fit perfectly. From George (Adsa) 2 years ago, very warm (he was fine in Norway!), worn on three holidays and perfect condtion to pass onto DS2 - and VERY cheap

My kids are skinny and french kids are skinnier than English so i always buy poivre blanc salopettes and they are quite trim. Remeber that the layers underneath will fill them up. All in ones by hellyhensen have always been warm and fitted my runner beans.we ski 8 weeks a year so have put every brand to the test ! If you are really boring stick to red or navy etc and you can hand them down if you only go once a year !

All in ones are a lot less fuss than salopettes especially if they have something to attach mittens to. the bane of my life lost goggles at £30 a pop and lost mittens at £25 ! get good goggles though poor darlings suffer when they can't see where they are going in a whitout following the no mercy ski instructor in a whiteout with ten other kids piling up behind them ! yellow lenses cool ! It is an expensive business !
