Travelling through France to get to Andorra

We are due to be travelling by Eurostar and SNCF to Toulouse in order to get to Andorra. I am confused as to what will be required on French rail. DD is 12 and not had her second vaccine because she caught covid at Christmas. She's not allowed her second vaccine until 12 weeks after she tested positive. The French seem to say that 1 dose + Covid equals fully vaccinated but I do not know what I can offer as proof as she cant log into the NHS app as she's under 13. DS is 20 and had his 2nd jab in September. Will he need a third for 12-19th Feb? Andorra less onerous.

The requirements for booster in France change on 15 Feb. The ‘seven months since last vaccine before booster is needed’ rule drops to four months!

So your DS could have problems on the return journey without a booster.

@Memeapple I’m in the same boat as your ds date wise, that’s why I know. The 15 Feb change isn’t widely reported

I read a piece in Le Monde last night which has more information than anything I've read in the UK. Key things are: under 16s can continue to use the pass sanitaire in France, this means a recovery certificate or an antigen test taken within last 24 hrs will suffice and the rules change on 15th Feb as you say @SqueakingTiger. You need a booster if it has been more than 4 months since your second dose.
