Covid recovery pass for 12 year old

Assuming the lockdown ends in time, we're planning on travelling to Austria after Christmas for skiing. Does anyone have experience of obtaining a covid recovery certificate for a 12 year old? I have the form from the Austrian Gov, and have found a couple of online GPs who will apparently complete a certificate, but I wondered if anyone had actually done it and used it for travel.

Almost there, just need to get the passport verification. It will be a huge relief to get it done!

We used a passport to verify which took 13 hours. Just about to download the pass.
