Bulgaria or Andorra

Can you tell me where you've been and how it was? Looking for a family holiday for experienced intermediates who are not particularly looking for thrill seeking, so blacks aren't a must but a variety of greens, blues and reds would be fab to give us all a great day.

Would love a swimming pool nearby too.

Does this exist for Andorra or
Bulgaria?

I'm puzzled by all the negativity over Bulgaria - I've been on two ski holidays to Bansko and really enjoyed both of them. It's cheaper, so for what we normally pay for basic accommodation in the French Alps we were able to stay in a luxury hotel with leisure facilities. The queues were fine and really only built up later in the morning. I felt totally safe and to be honest, bar the language, we could well have been in the Alps as it felt very similar.

I would say that the only negative is that the resort is smaller, so fine for a week but then you'd want more runs to explore. Good mix of green/blues/reds with a couple of blacks too.
