Where to go that’s not France for Feb half term

Hi,
I’m after recommendations for Feb half term.
Family of 5, we’ve skiied 3 times before as a family and dh and I have both skiied pre children. We’ve been twice to Les Arcs and once to passo Tonale.
I need to be conscious of price so we’re going to drive, kids are older 11,13 and 19 and we’re used to long Europe road trips so distance shouldn’t be a problem, and we’d like to self cater.
We’re looking for somewhere with a good mix of reds and blues. I’m not worried about apres ski.
I’ve been looking at Obergurgl, and Cervinia - does anyone have experience of these two? I’m wondering if Cervinia might be too windy in February? I’ve been looking at Airbnb but there’s not much available in Obergurgl although nearby Sölden seems to have quite a lot of availability. I’m very open to other ideas but am reluctant to head to France as it was so incredibly busy as our holidays coincided with French holidays last year, whereas Austrian and Italian holidays are varying dates. Any ideas are welcome because at the moment I’m a bit lost - there are just too many options!!

Have you thought about Norway? Queues are much shorter than France at half term.
Flights can be cheap, food is pricy but most places are SC.

Geilo in Norway was fab when we went a few years ago but it was unseasonably warm so brilliant for Feb. It was great for the kids. Fly to Oslo and then train - easy and reasonably priced. Obergurgul is great too but I’m not sure about self catering there? It’s mainly hotels and not much else. Solder seemed larger but we only skied their for a day so I’m not sure about the facilities.

Similar situation- 3 kids, 13, 15 and 17, been to Les Arcs 3 times and Flaine once. We're a mix of intermediate to advanced (the kids are looking for a more challenging terraine!)
We're also driving, (flying not an option) and self catering. Prefer ski in /ski out. Thinking Italy or Austria? Watching your thread with interest!
