Going to Bulgaria DIY package with easyJet 43kg baggage incl. my snowboard and boots. We are self catering and it’s just me and DD7 so don’t plan on nights out etc how light can I pack?

Ski wear - jacket (which you wear travelling,) salopettes, gloves, thermals, fleece, helmet, buff. Snowboots which you wear on your feet all the time you aren't wearing ski boots.
Chalet wear - PJs and slippers, especially if it's just you and DD! Outfit you travelled in can double up as going to shops/bar/restaurant wear.
Underwear, socks, washbag, kindle/phone/chargers. Swimsuit, suncream, sunglasses, pack of cards.

That's all I ever have on my ski packing list. You can buy anything else you need out there, and if your accommodation has a washing machine, even better (we do one mid-week wash and take a single wrapped washing tablet for this.) I can get everything I need for a week (including skis, boots, helmet, etc) in one long bag weighing in at less than 23kg.

I aim to change my base layer (pants and base thermal) and then wear everything else over again. Always have a spare jumper in case it is freezing.

I always take far too much.

The Ski Club of Great Britain has a packing list on their website for the minimum amount of stuff that you should take which can be quite useful.
