Ski-ing Resorts Using Eurostar Ski Train - Which one is best for families??

We have decided to go ski-ing next January travelling by the Eurostar Ski Train. We only want a short transfer and are looking at staying at one of the following resorts:

Les Arcs,
Sainte-Foy
Val D'Isere
Tignes
Meribel
La Tania

We are a family of 4, myself and intermediate, dh a novice, dd6 and ds4 who have never skied before. Which resort would you recommend for families and if you could recommend accommodation that would be great.

La Tania is nice - we also had a family holiday in Courchevel 1650 (not 1850) with children that age a few years ago, nice resort, not too busy. Can't recommend accom. as stayed in friend's flat at bottom of mountain.

I can thoroughly recommend La Tania. We went with this company last year (on Eurostar) and are going back again in February. Their childcare is good, the resort is perfect for families and skiing in the whole of the Trois Vallees is easily accessible. We use ESF ski school but others have used Magic in Motion too and thought they were good.
I prefer it to Meribel as Meribel is very British and full of snowboarders bombing about which I found a bit unnerving last year. I've only skiied Val d'Isere once (pre-children) and prefer the Trois Vallees.

Another recommendation for La Tania - we went last year with Family Friendly Skiing and were generally very impressed. Went with Esprit (to La Rosiere) the year before and weren't unhappy with them, but FFS were better. They have had good deals in January the last 2 years, which have included ski passes and ski hire in the cost.

Actually we noticed the SkiBeat nannies out and about in the resort quite a lot too with their charges (the company recommended by Bettys). DH and a couple of friends have gone with SkiBeat to another resort this week (they had good deals for groups of three people in January!) and so far reports back on the phone have been very positive.
