Children's ski equipment - goggles in the snow garden? Ski socks?

My DS is going to ski in Spritelets for the first time - will he need goggles or will sunglasses be ok if they are wearing helmets?

ALso, where do I get ski-socks for a young child?
Many thanks.

It depends what the weather is like really. If there is snow/ice is blowing horizontally then it will be unpleasant without goggles.

Ski socks for littlies in any good ski shop. I just bought some nice ones in Snow and Rock.

He will just be in the ski garden so I am hoping that they wouldn't go out in a blizzard? I am lurking for some goggles on eBay, so hopefully will pick some up.

OK, so normal providers for the ski socks - they all seemed to be just tubes when I looked.
Thanks.

Try S & R, Decathlon, TK Maxx, Blacks for socks. He might find it easier to keep goggles on with helmet

Google are less likely to be lost than glasses. Also if it starts to snow lightly and they stay outside he will be more comfortable.

Little people get cold very quickly, goggles and helmet are best combo for keeping them warm. As for socks all good ski shops will have kids ski socks, Snow and Rock would be a good option. You would also definitely be able to buy some in resort. Enjoy Grin

Go for high percentage wool socks, little skiers and little Trekkers are good. Feet and hands get cold so good gloves too.
