We really really should learn to ski since we are so close and are looking for the best place to learn to ski.

We are midway between Chamonix and Morzine - near Geneva - so could go to either area or someplace smaller.

We have two DC, 8yo and 6yo. Next year our DD will be going on a skiing holiday with the the school so I want her to be able to ski a little bit beforehand.

Was thinking of you MmeLindt yesterday. We drove back from Val d'isere through a lovely ski resort called Le Clusaz. Its less than an hour from Geneva as thats where we were flying from. Looked very nice and I've had a peek at the piste maps online and skiing looks good. Lots of blue runs. ESF have a ski school there.
