If you (still) feel the need to discuss Moldies, please do it here so folks can hide this if they want to.

Well hopefully the title says it all. There's been a suggestion, and we agree, that as we did with Baby P and the Mc Canns we just have one thread where anyone who feels they still have anything to add on this subject can post and those who'd rather move on can hide it away.

It feels strange to put this thread in site stuff as we are definitely not wanting to encourage further discussion of Moldies (we have presents to wrap too you know ) but we weren't sure where else to put it.

We will delete any new Moldies threads that are started, so please feel free to report them in case we miss any (what with wrapping the presents and all...)

And if you do want to carry on the discussion please remember that Mumsnet's here to make everyone's lives easier and not the reverse, and that Christmas is a time of goodwill to all mumsnetters past, present and future

Thanks,
MNHQ

Policywonk: You know what you need, don't you. You need a spare key. You could leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place in the garden.

Hulababy · 23/12/2008 23:33

The more recent fiddly thing for the palace was getting the big dress on the doll thing - it was such a pain to match u the holes so it stck together.

holidaywonk · 23/12/2008 23:33

My DSs are getting both cereal selection boxes AND toothbrushes in their stockings. Had not intended them to employ them immediately though.

hunkermunker · 23/12/2008 23:34

EffiePerine, you can wrap stocking nuts like this HTH

onebatmotherofgoditschilly · 23/12/2008 23:34

BitOfFunUnderTheMistletoe · 23/12/2008 23:34

Nighty night Effie! Custy- get thee a DVD of It's A Wonderful Life as soon as possible! It cures all possible ills...

holidaywonk · 23/12/2008 23:35

Good night Effie

Telly was shite tonight. I looked at the listings and was pleasantly surprised at how much I wanted to watch, then realised I was looking at last night's. Great.

VanessaParody · 23/12/2008 23:35

It's my god-daughters birthday 13th, DH 18th and close friends on Christmas Eve and New Years Day. The latters birthday was bloody awful because he would force us to go out to celebrate whilst nursing the biggest hangovers of the year. God, we looked green. Fortunately having kids has got us off the hook.

pooka · 23/12/2008 23:35

goldFAQinsenceandmyrrh · 23/12/2008 23:36

pooka · 23/12/2008 23:36

God - had forgotten about the dress!

It'll be a chocolate one next year, mark my words! 9bah humbug)

ruty · 23/12/2008 23:37

i went to ELC today to get stocking fillers. They had a big sale on. It was almost worth getting trampled on by psychotic shoppers happy passers by.

onebatmotherofgoditschilly · 23/12/2008 23:37

Really NAO>?>? they are freakoids, surely?

DP is from Yorks and I've never heard of such a thing. Which means nothing - I didn't know that he had parents until last week. Do they heat it through, or is it an entirely different dish?
Do they eat it, or worship it?

ruty · 23/12/2008 23:37

preview. always preview.

VanessaParody · 23/12/2008 23:38
