So inspired by this recent thread we thought we'd do a quick poll. Please please can you fill it in you lovely people, at less than 5 mins it's way less homework than usual. (Plus if you do you'll be entered into this week's comp to win a Dyson!)

i don't need a new dyso butmy washing machine has just exploded. can i win one of those instead please?

pooroldbodybag · 30/09/2008 23:41

that's my thread, but i can't enter as my dd is younger than 4!

nooka · 01/10/2008 04:55

I've completed it and didn't like the amount questions either. I'm not so much anti homework as anti too much homework, and especially those bloody projects!

I can't win anything anyway because I'm overseas, but I wouldn't want a Dyson anyway. If someone could ship me a Henry now

northernrefugee39 · 01/10/2008 08:08

Done

Littlefish · 01/10/2008 08:54

I wanted to complete it as I'm a teacher, but dd isn't at school yet.

Just for the record: No homework except reading for any children aged 4 - 11. Spellings are a waste of time.

JulesJules · 01/10/2008 08:58

Yes, I've done it, but I only think reading for 4 - 11 too, no spellings or tables.

Would be very happy to get a new Dyson as my current one has broken bits. And it's lime and purple. Or VC, which I'm assuming stands for Veuve Cliquot rather than Victoria Cross

psychomum5 · 01/10/2008 09:24

done three times for each of the children that count.

CountessDracula · 01/10/2008 09:29

Have done
I don't want a rubbishy dyson either

I do need a new carpet brush for my Miele however

JustineMumsnet · 01/10/2008 09:47

I think teachers can complete Littlefish - just answer from prospective of your class. (don't tell ann ).

i dont want a dyson either

even if my dds didnt get homework i would be doing reading writing sums etc with them so might as well do it simultaneously with what they are doing at school and use the same books they do at school

peanutbutterkid · 01/10/2008 10:25

You don't have undecided as an option, I don't know if I think kids should have HW or not.

Flamesparrow · 01/10/2008 10:26
flossie64 · 01/10/2008 10:45

All done ,not that I think dysons are much use.

ImnotMamaGbutsheLovesMe · 01/10/2008 10:56

All done and I could do with a new Dyson. Is it the ball one??

FrogPrincess · 01/10/2008 11:01

Done it

ahundredtimes · 01/10/2008 11:10

I've done it twice. Once for a 6 yo and once for a 8 yo, I couldn't be arsed to do it for the 10 yo.

What different forms they were! Leads me to the conclusion that small amounts are fine, but not LOTS because the 8 y-o form was a downer.

Calling KerryMum (and other Irish Mumsnetters): yes, you can win the Dyson if you live in Ireland.

But only if you fill in survey (nag, nag)

You can do it once for every child, KerryMum
