Downtime tonight (Thurs 25th) - 10.30pm - New Server coming hooray

Hello all,

Mumsnet will be down tonight from 10.30pm (not 10.00 pm as previously advertised) while YetMoreTech and BigTech fiddle in the shed to get our shiny new server up and running. Many apologies for the inconvenience but hopefully it will mean the end to the night-time go-slows you've all been heroically enduring.

(Fingers crossed they don't break it!)

MamaG - you're not due yet.
You won't go into labour.

If you do, there's always bounty

Report
MamaG · 25/09/2008 11:15

MamaG, I'm sure our extremely clever techs won't take too long... (famous last words)

Justine - if MamaG has a baby and we all miss it (of course, she WILL be keeping her laptop with her at all times and updating us at one end, whilst she pushes at t'other) we will have no alternative.

We shall have to post you a cat

I anticipate a baby boom in approx 9 months' time

Gosh its like CERN all over again.

Only hopefully with a little less black hole terror and more of the actually working bit.

talk to dh??? methinks ill have an early night. alone

mamag sorry to panick you but i had a 'damp undercarriage' and was induced three days later. twas fine though worked straight away. much easier, shorter labour than with dd1 who decided that she would take her time.
