Why did mumsnet delete my sisters thread and delete her account? Why was she accused of trolling? She has proof she is not trolling

my sister posted this thread “school kids violently kicking door for 7 months”

she has proof, photos and videos of these kids doing this by the way.

she comes back and learns her thread was deleted and so was her account

Hi all,
We have our doubts about this one so are going to investigate.

the advice on the thread was very helpful!

why??

she tells not to ask questions of mumsnet or they’ll just accuse you of lying

now I’d never want to post a question on here, I’ll just get accused of lying and my account deleted

does anyone know who to contact and how she can get her account back??

she will post proof if you want

Why the hmm? Here we go again with the accusations. Why is this so unbelievable? Two siblings can’t enjoy one site?

It sucks because the advice on the thread was so helpful! She didn’t get a chance to read it all

Hi Lele101 we can't really discuss our dealings with other posters, but if you can ask your sister to contact us from the email address that's registered to her account we'll happily discuss the situation with her.
