Today, every time I try to go into the Gaming topic is takes me to a different page full of adverts and with the topic title For Sale

If you use the app on your phone it's still possible to get in to the original thread. TBH that's how I access mumsnet 99% of the time. It's easy just to go in to threads you are already on. Only thing I have struggled with is if you want to post a photo.

Three shinies, one of which is now a crappy blaziken off about an hour's walk. Happy with that.

Just one shiny so far. Gah. Here's hoping to a good last hour but I'm now at home so I doubt it. Thanks to all for the co-ordinegging. Just 400k off level 40 now!

I got 7 shinies, one of which was 87 IV and got evolved. The other torchics were 80 IV max.

Ah found everyone again. The gaming topic has been weird for a while for me, I kept trying to post and it was acting as if it was fine and had gone through but my posts never appeared and eventually I gave up.

I had an odd community day, two shinies quickly within the first twenty mins, then nothing until the last hour - in which I got 9!

As usual, it takes no guessing which one of these is ds2's shiny haul and which is mine.

The top 3 rows of ds2's is his haul since last weekend. The top row of mine is mine.

Even my only shiny pikachu is called "mum" 😭

I got 3 shinies in the 3 hours, DS got 9. Mind you, he walked with Mr40x11 (as he is now) whereas I walked with a couple of random holidaying Belgians and their dog.
I've got 5 blazikens with blastburn now, one of which is lucky so I'm pleased.
I'm also closing in on level 39..... Grin

Three shiny Torchics for me, not my best community day but I'll still take that. Also got two 96% Blazikens.

Thanks to everyone I levelled up with, I'm now two thirds of the way through level 39. 1.5m XP to go...

I had a lovely afternoon. I drove quite a way to see friends I haven't seen in ages, caught 8 shinies including Makuhita, and spent the last 90 minutes of Comm day with a woman I think is the loveliest and kindest person I know. She caught 13 shiny Torchic, 6 of which she's going to trade with her best mate, another bloke.

I'm now looking forward to (hopefully) get a purple Lapras next weekend.

It's a fab list of raid bosses, at all levels, next week. Refreshing to se an emphasis on raids that canbe easily soloed as well as harder ones.

Will be interesting to see how tough the chansey raids are. Expecting them to be at lest as difficult as those tortoises. (it's late. Mind drain)

Pick, when Chansey was in raids for an event a while back, I very nearly solo’d it. I was level 36/7 at the time with good counters but not all maxed. I reckon I could do it now as I’ve got a couple more maxed out Machamps after the fighting type event.

I’m not really a “raider” have only done them when I’ve need to for a research task. And once in Regent’s Park when my kids still played and we found a whole group of players but I’m not sure I’d have the confidence to do that alone. Any tips for solo raiding? Some are impossible if alone I think?
