I am trying to update my MN account to my new email address as my old one has been deactivated. But every time I try to do this, it says my PW has not been recognised. So I tried to change my PW - but of course the link to do this gets sent to my old email address, which is no longer active, so I can't change my PW. Is there any way around this, please, or am I doomed to go round in circles forever?
