How do you do more than one link per post?

Bear with me, I am extremely computer illiterate. I can do links but I don't understand how you do more than one link per post because when you go to the other website to get copy their address, you surely lose what you have written on MN. Can anyone explain?

I just use my back button to go back to whatever site it was or open more pages and flick between them.

Well you do the first link, minimise MN, go back to find your second, copy and then bring back MN again to post second link.

Does that make sense?

Open the thread and start a new message then minimise MN to keep it open. You can then move between your websites and MN and keep adding the links to your message.

Or open another window and find the other website in that. I constantly have 2 windows open for finding links. If you press 'control' and 'N' at the same time, it will bring up a new window (but if you've been writing a MN post, it won't appear in the 'new' window, but will still be in the old window when you go back to it).

I just open lots of new boxes, is that what you mean? To do a link, I reduce MN goto internet explorer find website I need and copy and paste address to do an other link i'd do the same.

So you minimise MN and then click on your internet icon again? Is that what you are all saying? [Stupid emoticon]

You can back and forwards between different sites by clicking on the boxes at the bottom of the screen - you don't have to minimise.

From the window with the link open. try Alt-Tab (or Apple-Tab if you have a mac) to go back to the other window. Alt-Tab cycles through everything you've got running (most recently used first). Let go when you reach the one you want to use. It's usually only one tab away if you are switching back and forth between two windows.
