I am just hoping it has something to do with the [kitten] emoticon we have been asking for.

Yes, what on earth's going on?! I keep getting 'Site offline' messages when I try to open particular threads, but it's obviously not offline because others are working perfectly!

Sparklingbrook · 08/07/2012 10:12

Me too. Very Sunday morning like. Even when it goes offline it doesn't log me out though like it normally does.

Tis a little irritating!

TodaysAGoodDay · 08/07/2012 10:35

Come on you lot at HQ, an explanation please! It's infuriating...

diabolo · 08/07/2012 11:24

Me too - very slow loading threads and too many "site offline" messages.

Click on a thread, and I get the logo and "MNet is offline"; hit the refresh and it loads no bother.

Aggravating doing it for every thread though.

Queenofcake · 08/07/2012 11:35

I keep getting logged out! Very annoying.

It does seem that more and more recently I get the offline for a few moments message.

I used MN for years and never had this and now seem to get it loads.!

EveryPicture · 08/07/2012 11:45

Happening to me too (the MN is offline thing but then hit refresh and it's all hunky-dory).

Very very annoying.

Hi, Sorry about this. We did an upgrade overnight to some software on one of our servers and it looks like it's not behaving very well. We'll back it out I think.

Sparklingbrook · 08/07/2012 12:56

Ooh 'back it out'. That sounds technical. Smile Naughty server. Grin

Ooh, no missus. Titter ye not. I'll have to ask the GPO to pull it in a bit at their end. (shows age.)

EveryPicture · 08/07/2012 13:18

Make sure to tell them to put it in the right slot this time Wink

Ooo-er Missus!

Sparklingbrook · 08/07/2012 13:18

I think you need to back it out then shove it back in quickly.

Any chance I can get the GPO round here then? I've had a bit of a dry spell recently.
